The day begins, and honestly, I never really know what’s coming...
I find that uncertainty can feel especially intense. What might look like a “normal day” to others can feel unpredictable to me full of little surprises that can throw off my rhythm or even overwhelm my senses. That’s why I try to create a plan and check in with my schedule. It’s not about controlling everything, it’s about giving myself something steady to hold onto. Here’s what helps me:✅ Writing down or mapping out my day – Even if things change, seeing it written down helps me breathe easier.

How Do I Know How Much Money to Leave My Child With Autism?
It is very common to feel uneasy about determining the amount of money that your child with autism may need for a lifetime of support especially when you have other children that you want to treat fairly. When we have this conversation with the families we serve, we call it our “Fair and Equal Conversation.” Many parents understand that their child with autism will need more support during their lifetime than their children without autism, and that support costs money. Unraveling the Mystery: The Early Roots of Sensory Differences in Autism
Have you ever wondered about the origins of sensory differences in autism? A recent international review, which includes contributions from the University of Kansas Life Span Institute, suggests these differences might start before birth, in the prenatal and neonatal stages. Fascinating, isn't it? The researchers are urging us to shift our focus. Instead of just studying older kids or adults, they believe we need to delve into how touch, sound, and other senses develop in the womb and early infa

How Plastics Might Be Affecting Autism Rates. What You Should Know? I just came across a really important article that dives into a possible link between plastic pollution and the rising number of autism diagnoses in kids. It’s something a lot of people might not realize our everyday exposure to chemicals from plastics could actually be affecting brain development during pregnancy and early childhood. The CDC recently reported that about 1 in 31 children in the U.S. are diagnosed with autism now

They love me and I know it 😍 My parents love me I know that in my bones. They’ve given so much for me. Late nights, early mornings, countless sacrifices I can’t even begin to count. They remind me every day that I’m loved, that I matter, that I’m enough. But still… there’s this space between us. A quiet, aching gap where what I’m feeling doesn’t always land the way I need it to. Where their eyes miss what’s really happening inside me. Sometimes, when I shut down, they think I’m being dramatic.

Albert Einstein may have had Autism I read this article from ABA Therapy and it seems interesting. It suggests because Einstein had delayed Speech development , Social interaction challenges and unique Interests and behaviors , He might have had autism. The article also mentions truly notable names like Isaac Newton and Ludwig Wittgenstein alleging that they may have had a form of Aspergers. I dont know if I agree with all these but the correlations are pretty convincing. Here is a link : https:
